Purpose of Data Collection:

The Jung Society of Washington uses your data to contact you to recommend programs and to register you when you indicate that you want to come to a program. That is the only purpose of our data collection. We do not sell data. We use it to understand what programs are well-attended and what instructors have been popular, so we can invite them to return.
All data is collected and stored through the Toucan Tech site. The privacy and security of data is maintained by them according to the following policy.

What do we do?

ToucanTech provides a cloud-based database and website software which organizations (including schools, charities and companies) use to manage a range of communications and administrative activities.  The ToucanTech system has been built with careful consideration to data management and security, in terms of both the functional design of the product and our processes for handling data.
 
ToucanTech is registered with the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) - reference ZA050337 - as a data processor to run our customers' databases and as a data controller for our own sales, marketing and customer support data.

We always ensure only authorized persons have access to your information, which means only our approved employees and contractors, and that everyone who has access is appropriately trained in data management.

• Members of the ToucanTech team who have access to our company database and operational systems
• Web hosting, email hosting, analytics and search engine providers that enable us to run and improve our website and its use
• Digital marketing partners that enable us to run marketing and communications campaigns
• Administrative softwares that enable us to manage internal operational processes such as invoicing, customer support and account management
