The road to enlightenment is paved with steppingstones of mindfulness. How much of your personal mythology was created unconsciously by a younger you? You have outgrown much of what is in there, and yet it lingers, unconsciously steering you. This sorting process is neither easy nor brief, but I teach a methodology that may lead you to a clearer perspective that is more in alignment with the wise woman you now are. It may bring you joy, but it will also render some surprises. The ego keeps your opinions well-defended. “Have fun storming the castle.”

 

 

Druscilla French, Ph.D. holds degrees in English and Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and in Depth Psychology and Mythology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her background is in archetypal psychology, conflict resolution, women’s studies, and human potential.
