In this 2-hour Zoom presentation, we will dive into natural, science-backed methods for relieving stress by understanding how the autonomic nervous system operates under stress and how we can consciously influence it. You’ll learn about heart rate variability (HRV) and how biofeedback can be used to train your body’s stress response for enhanced self-regulation, leading to greater resilience and emotional balance. We’ll also explore the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga, with an emphasis on pranayama (breath control), and how these yogic techniques support both self-regulation and stress management. Additionally, we will highlight the profound role of co-regulation in community settings, showing how human connection and shared time can amplify the stress relief process. By integrating these natural approaches, you can cultivate inner peace, reduce anxiety, and build a deeper connection to yourself and others.
