This program WILL BE RECORDED.
To come into living daily life within heartfulness, we must engage in a series of practices. If we just notice our heart-feelings, heart-awareness is limited to emotion. We learn the way of the heart by going through the heart, something akin to a shamanic journey, where we meet dimensions of heart and develop a way of entering heart-awareness instantaneously. These practices include:
A) Heart initiation
B) Creating the created
C) Noticing the Mandorla radiance around the body moving inward and outward
D) Earthing
E) Is-ing
