Sandplay, a form of active imagination, allows one to penetrate the depths of personality to experience aspects of the Self. In the milieu of relaxation, conscious and unconscious, rational and irrational, images and words meet. Grounding a more naturally balanced relationship between ego and Self, one has the opportunity to live a more conscious, authentic life. Experience how this process augments individuation.
Lynda Joslyn, LCSW-C is a certified sandplay therapist with Sandplay Therapists of America. She is in analytic training at the C.G. Jung Institute in New York. Lynda is a former president of our board of directors.
