“The goal is to make the ego as strong and as small as possible.” -C. G. Jung=0D=0A=
Our best traditions and thinkers tell us that happiness is found in “the small”-in celebrating the details of everyday life and living wisely with limits. This way of the small offers a viable alternative to the grandiose thinking that is responsible for so many of our personal and global problems. In this workshop we will: =0D=0A=
       *	Explore the joys of simplicity and modesty.=0D=0A=
       * Discover how some of history’s most dynamic people were masters of the small. =0D=0A=
       * Learn how to make suffering sacred by embracing diminishing experiences. =0D=0A=
       * Identify the principles of a sound, wholesome existence for both the individual and society. =0D=0A=
       * Determine the specific areas and issues in our lives that would benefit from applying these principles.=0D=0A=
Our aim will be to understand why very little is needed to make a happy life. =0D=0A=
We intend to offer CEUs for Social Workers for this program.=0D=0A=
